Remote Interviews

Our response to COVID-19

We understand that COVID-19 has created unprecedented and impossibly difficult ethical dilemmas for everyone. Currently, we conduct all our interviews with applicants via video-link - you can discover more about remote interviewing here

01

Registration

The first step is to register your vacancy and tell us as much as you can about your needs. If you’re ready for us to begin finding a nanny for you, registering is free and simple. To get started visit our registration page for families.

02

Matching and introductions to candidates

Once you've briefed us about your needs we explain everything you need to know about the process and answer all your questions. We'll go over your requirements in more detail to ensure we look for the right people; then we start our targeted search. After our checks, we shortlist and only refer the best-suited candidates for the role who match your requirements, have been screened, and are very much interested in the position.

03

Interview and choose your nanny

Now you can start to interview the candidates you're interested in working with your family, and decide if you want to do a trial day before you're ready to make an offer. We help with finalising the engagement and continue to offer our support throughout the employment.

Quality Childcare That Works For Your Family

Choosing the right person to look after your children can be incredibly challenging. Getting it right provides you, however, with a safe, nurturing environment for your children.

All our nannies have their identity verified to a specific level of confidence, as specified by government standards, and are carefully matched to the requirements a job. Applicant registration interviews

Our registration interviews are a refined down-to-earth professional evaluation of the applicant. Each nanny is rigorously checked and screened before we assess their suitability for a certain role. We look for appropriate skills and experience as well as their levels of application, interest, and personality.

During the interview, our time is spent finding out more about the person trying for the position; not just their identity, but their temperament and how they would react in particular safety-related scenarios that might require first-aid treatment or access to healthcare.

Each Nanny Is Rigorously Screened

We explore the applicant's perspective on caring for little ones.

Such as:

We fully examine their work history, qualifications, and DBS Police Check status or other acceptable international police check status - and only accept originals of official documents as verification.
